Commercial Mold Inspections Services
We can answer your questions about asbestos, mold, and indoor air quality concerns in a commercial building, hotel, office space, retail space, or government facility.
Inspection Fee
Residential/Commercial/Industrial: $300 (2 samples – 1 Inside/1 Outside Each additional sample is $75) (recommend 1 sample every 600 sf or the affected area (s)).
Results are provided within 24-48 hrs at no additional charge!
Inspection includes visual inspection, thermal imaging, relative humidity and temperature. The outside air sample serves as a control and will set the baseline or foundation for what is normal and acceptable, it is then compared to the inside sample (s) from the area. This will let the inspector know whether elevated conditions exist. The samples ARE ALWAYS sent to a third party accrediated laboratory for analysis. Once the results have been reviewed, a detailed recommendation report or protocol will be created and provided.
This report will outline where the samples were taken, species and concentration of the mold found, and what steps if necessary the mold remediation company of your choice need to follow. If the samples taken are within normal limitations and no additional steps need to be taken, then a letter of clearance will be provided, that the air-quality is within normal limitations.
